NAVC is committed to its excellent coaches and continuing their development. In addition to a full-time coaching coordinator, the club now has a technical director who will assist coaches in skill and team development. To maintain valuable gym time or opportunities to compete, the club also has its first guest coach who is available to stand-in when regular coaches have scheduling conflicts.
