The goal of NAVC Griffins is to develop athletes and to prepare them for competition. We select driven, hard-working, athletic, like-minded individuals who possess a desire to excel within the team dynamic and who have a true understanding what 'team' means. As our athletes progress from U13 to U18 levels, they build the physical, technical, tactical and mental skills needed for highly competitive volleyball. We recruit highly qualified coaches who are committed  to excellence and athlete development. Our aim is to assist each athlete achieve their highest potential and instil in them a passion for life-long fitness.
