Kaila played left side during her career and her favourite drill is anything "hardcore defense".  She has a soft spot in her heart for France as that is where she met her husband, Camille.  Kaila believes that you should always “Play as if the world is watching because someday they will be.“

This will be Camille's first season with NAVC, but is no stranger to volleyball.  He was selected to play of the Youth French National Team from 2000 to 2004 and selected best blocker at the 2004 French Cup.  Camille played University career with Poitiers, France and went on to play professionally in France from 2005 through to 2015.  Just this year his team were both League Champions and French Cup Champions.  He is currently assisting with the Volleyball Canada Centre of Excellence as well as Aspire Volleyball here in Edmonton teaching young athletes the skills necessary to play great volleyball.

Camille is a middle and looking forward to the opportunity to pass on his knowledge and passion of the game to our NAVC athletes.  One of his favourite sayings is "work hard every day and have no regrets".
