NAVC Griffins 18M Coaching Staff
Greg Gulash is going into his 4th season as Nait's Men's assistant coach. Greg played his 5 years at Nait as a Libero and served as captain in his last year. He has previously been a head coach of three U18 men's teams. Greg has also worked as an individual coach for Aspire for the last year, as well as running several camps for Grassroot Volleyball. Greg has served as a mentor coach for our U13 team and and assistant coach for our U18 team last year. Greg was the assistant coach for the u18 Men's Alberta team last year. Greg has also served as a drill coach for the U16, U17 Men's Alberta teams, and U17 Women's Alberta team as well as a drill coach for the Western Canada summer games Men's Beach team.
Zach Brown played for MacEwan University for 4 years before getting into coaching. While playing he was a two time 1st Team ACAC All-Star and a three time Academic All-Canadian. For the past two years Zach has been the head coach of Team Alberta U18 Men’s Beach Volleyball. He also was the head coach of the 2015 Western Canada Summer Games Men’s Beach Volleyball Team, as well as currently is the head coach of the 2017 Canada Summer Games Men’s Beach Volleyball Team. Zach was the assistant coach of NAVC U18 Men last year along with Greg Gulash.
Ben comes to NAVC having played 1 year at Nait, 2 years for MacEwan, and 1 year for the U of A Golden Bears. Ben has also previously been an assistant Greg and looks forward to this upcoming season with the ANVC Griffins18U team.
