Keith Wills returns to NAVC for his 5th season with the club. As a former college and university coach, Keith brings a wealth of experience to the club at every level. Keith joined NAVC after a successful stint with Ontario Volleyball where he served as an Athlete Development Chair and played an integral role in the implementation of the LTAD platform within Ontario Volleyball. As Head coach of Ontario Volleyball Regional Teams, Keith experienced considerable success winning Gold Medals at the 2006 & 2008 Ontario Summer Games and Silver at the 2007 Ontario Regional Games, and was awarded the 2007 Ontario Volleyball Coach’s Recognition Award. In the summer of 2009 Wills helped guide Team Ontario U17 to a 4th place finish at the 2009 National Team Challenge Cup. Keith is a graduate from the University of Alberta, with a Physical Education degree specializing in Sport Performance as well as an NCCP Level III coach, and an NCCP Level 1 Course Conductor.

Since returning to Alberta Keith has taken 4 out of his 5 teams to the provincial final in their respective age category. In 2010 Keith's U17 Pandas team consistently finished in the top 5 and ended the season with a Silver Medal at Provincials and a Division 1 Tier 2 Silver medal at Nationals in Abbotsford. The 2011 Club season Keith took a grassroots role within the club by leading the U13 Pandas program to Gold and Silver in the Premiere tournaments and a silver medal once again at Provincials. The 2012 Club season saw Keith continue in a more grassroots roll by leading the U14 Pandas to another SIlver medal performance at Provincials.

The 2014 club season Keith guided U16 Pandas Gold team to one of the best NAVC Pandas seasons ever as the team finished on the podium in 2/3 premiere tournaments and a Silver medal at provincials, placing two athletes on the All-Star team. Along with a 2nd place medal at provincials the U16 Pandas Gold finished 4th at the 2014 Canadian Open National Volleyball Championships. Again placing an athlete on the All-Star Team.

The 2014 Volleyball season isn't over just yet for Keith as he will represent Alberta at the 2014 Western Canada U16 Elite Volleyball championships with Team Alberta White as an Assistant Coach.
