NAVC has a proud tradition of developing exceptional athletes, many of whom go on to play post-secondary volleyball and represent the national team. Our coaches are dedicated to teaching athletes how to compete, perform under pressure, and master the skills necessary to succeed at higher levels. We emphasize long-term athlete development over a win-at-all-costs approach. We take immense pride in our alumni, many of whom have advanced to play on post-secondary teams.
